Build-A-Seat Foam Kit
This is the same foam profile we use
in our StreamLine Hot Rod Seats. The bottom and back foam slabs are
55" wide, and you also get 4 bolsters with the kit. This foam is
great for building custom seats, or if you have our StreamLine Seats
and need to build a kustom back seat, this foam will make the job alot
easier and it matches our StreamLine Seats perfectly. This foam is CNC
cut for a perfect profile, something you cannot achieve hand-cutting
kustom seats. It will take ALOT of time out of kustom seat building,
and we all know time is money!

Use this dense foam for the padding on
your panels. Designs and shapes can be cut or sanded into the foam.

GRIP
STITCH SEW FOAM
This foam is used as a backing foam underneath
the material on seats. The backing bonded to one side of the foam sticks
to the hook side of velcro, so listing wire is not necessary. Great
for custom seat building. Comes 58" wide.

PVC
PLASTIC SHEETS
PVC plastic is great for panels. Heat
this plastic with a heat gun, and you can form bends, curves, even compound
curves! Sheets are 45" x 32".
When the PVC Plastic sheets are boxed up to ship, the packages are fairly
heavy. Shipping will range from $20-$35+ PER BOX (cont. US), we can
fit 4 sheets in a box.

BRUSHING
Use this brushing in holes or slots in
your upholstery panels. Works great for shifters and trunk hinges that
pass through a slot in an interior panel. Brushing comes in 36"
long sections, is available with 2" or 4" bristles, and includes
an aluminum holder that can be drilled for mounting purposes.
