| Do
you have a huge back log on your schedule for full kustom interiors? Alot of our customers and potential customers think we are booked solid for years in advance. That is not the case, we can usually get our customer's cars in alot quicker than they anticipated. Give us a call and see how what we can do for you! We are currently booking for this coming fall and winter. |
| Do
you have an interior kit for my 19xx Ford/Chevy/Dodge/etc? We do not manufacture interior kits. All the interiors on our website are kustom built based on our customers wants/needs. We need the vehicle at our shop in Fort Wayne, Indiana to do the work. We do not sell door panels, consoles, etc via mail order. If you don't see what you are looking for in our online catalog, then we don't sell that item via mail order. |
| Do
you have replacement seats for my 19xx Ford/Chevy/Dodge/etc? We do not manufacture replacement seats. The seats we manufacture and sell are our own design. They are built using modern technology and high quality materials. We can build seats to fit virtually any vehicle, but they are not factory replicas. If you are looking for a replacement to your worn out factory seats, and want a kustom, unique look and more comfort, then our seats may be the answer. Our seats are not only designed to look good, but they are also designed to be very comfortable. Furthermore, our seats are based on a universal design. Although they are designed to be easily installed in any vehicle, some minor drilling or fabrication may be needed to get them to fit your vehicle. We have installed our seats in many, many vehicles in our interior shop. We have yet to find a vehicle that our seats were hard to install in. |
| Do
I have to drive all the way to your shop to get an interior estimate? Nope. We have been doing interiors for 10 years. Over the years, we have become familiar with many vehicles. We can give you a pretty good estimate over the phone. Let us know what type of material you want, and e-mailing us pictures is a big help too. Take a look at some of the pictures on our website and let us know which interior(s) you like, that helps alot too. |
| Why
do you charge for samples? Preparing and sending samples takes time and money. We found that we were spending ALOT of time preparing samples. For the large amount of samples that we were sending out, we had a very small percentage of those samples requests that turned into orders. We felt that we were being used for our free sample service, and people were just ordering the material from another supplier. We hope this doesn't discourage anyone from ordering from us, that's why we will credit your seat or material order for the cost of samples if you decide to order from us (up to $5). If you wish, full sample cards can be purchased for $20. |
| What
are your shop hours? We do not have set shop hours. We are at our shop monday through friday, and some saturdays. Being a small business, we are in and out alot (getting supplies, materials, lunch, etc). This makes it very hard for us to keep set hours. If you want to stop by our shop, we welcome you to come, but please call and schedule an appointment first. Along with being in and out alot, we are sometimes working on strict deadlines, and may not have time to talk to you if you stop by. |
